Move In/ Move out cleaning service
This service includes a thorough and detailed cleaning to prepare the property for new occupants or after a tenancy ends.
The following tasks will be performed:

Complete cleaning and sanitizing of all rooms

Deep cleaning of kitchen, including:
• Oven interior and exterior
• Refrigerator/freezer interior and exterior (if defrosted)
• Cupboards and drawers (inside and out)
• Worktops, sink, and backsplash

Bathroom cleaning and descaling, including:
• Toilet, sink, bath/shower, tiles, mirrors, fixtures

Floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping) throughout the property

Cleaning of skirting boards, door frames, window sills, and radiators

Internal window cleaning (where accessible)

Removal of cobwebs from ceilings and corners

Light fixture and switch cleaning

Waste removal of any cleaning debris (excludes large rubbish removal)
This service does not include:

Removal of bulky waste or large furniture

Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning (available as a separate service)
