By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms, which ensure clarity and consistent service quality.
1. Bookings & Payments
- Flat-rate prices are available at www.toptiertidycleaningservices.com.
- Booking requests indicate you're ready to proceed with your selected date and service.
- Payment is due within 12 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your slot.
- Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24 hours' notice required for cancellations or changes.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. This helps cover time and resources reserved for your booking.
- Missed appointments or inaccessible properties may be charged in full.

3a. What We Will Do (Do's)
- Move light furniture to clean behind/underneath.
- Dust reachable surfaces like skirting boards and fixtures.
- Clean kitchen appliance exteriors (interior on request).
- Use a two-step ladder for higher areas.
- Vacuum under beds/sofas if accessible.
- Clean internal windows and mirrors.
- Empty bins and replace liners if provided.
3b. What We Won't Do (Don'ts)
- Move heavy furniture/appliances.
- Clean exterior windows or ceilings.
- Use tall ladders or climb on furniture.
- Provide pet care or clean pet waste.
- Organise personal belongings unless agreed in writing.
- Handle mould, hazardous materials, or bodily fluids.
- Handle laundry or ironing unless booked.

4. Satisfaction
- Report concerns within 24 hours for resolution.

5. Access
- Ensure clear and safe access to your property.
- If keys are left, arrangements must be made in advance.

6. Photography Policy
- We may take photos of cleaned areas for quality control and protection.
- Photos will never include personal or identifying items.
- Photos may be used in marketing unless you opt out by notifying us.
